Once your details are in the system you are able to change or update them at any time under the Subscription tab within the software.

How do we set our labour rate permanently?
Click on factory settings > click on Labour > enter rate.
Why can't I convert my claims, RFI's and Variations to PDF's?
Ensure all ‘My Organisation’ and project specific information has been filled out. Once this is complete, PDF’s can be generated.
How do you make your converted PDF's specific to your company?
You can upload your company logo and change the colour scheme via the ‘My Organisation’ section.
Can you adjust the previously submitted claims?
Once a new claim for a project is created you won’t be able to adjust the previously submitted claim(s) eg If you create Claim 4, claims 1-3 are now locked.
How do you change your labour unit rate permanently?
You can change your labour unit rate by clicking on ‘factory’ and clicking on the edit button associated with the item you want to change.
How do you change your material rate permanently?
You can change your material rate by clicking on ‘factory’ and clicking on the edit button associated with the item you want to change.
How do you create new items in the power section, that keep the calculations for that cable size?
If you need to create a new item such as a 32 amp pool circuit, just select the 32 amp cooktop and head to the 2 squares to the right of it. Once you click on the 2 squares that item and formula is cloned for you to create your new item.
How many users can be associated with a subscription?
An organisation can have up to 5 users linked to the one subscription. Not all users can see the other user’s tenders. Users can share their tenders to other users for review in a read only format.
So how do I share/see other people within my organisation's tenders?
To share tenders with other users in your organisation, click on the ‘share’ button at the top right of your page when you are in a tender.
Do we take into consideration the Electrical Standards (AS3000)

Do we integrate with Myob or Xero?
Unfortunately not as yet, but we do have that in our sights! Stay tuned!
